Homes and Apartments are available for 2,3,4,5 & 7 day stays & 7 day stays
are with an arrival on a Saturday.

A non-refundable booking deposit of 5% of total booking value is required by
both the Quality Resort Youghal and Quality Resort Killarney. Confirmation
will be issued on receipt of deposit. Balance will be debited from your
credit card 6 weeks prior to arrival. Should the booking be made within 6
weeks of arrival full payment will be debited immediately.
Directions and instructions concerning arrival at the property will be
issued on receipt of full payment.
In the event of cancellation the following charges will apply:
- The booking deposit is non-refundable. An additional 100 Euro
for cancellations at Quality Resort Killarney and 250 Euro for
cancellations at Quality Resort Youghal will be charged to your
credit card.
- 4 weeks before date of arrival 50% of entire stay will be charged
- 1 week or less before date of arrival 100% of total stay will be charged.
In Killarney heating and electricity charges are additional based on individual meter readings and payable on departure.
In Youghal a supplement of 99 Euro applies to weekly bookings of 4 bedroom
holiday homes.
In Youghal 3 night breaks in July and August commence on Saturday and 4 night breaks on Tuesday.
A security deposit of 100 Euros is required in Killarney and 200 Euro in Youghal. This can be paid by major credit card, post dated cheque or cash and is required to cover any breakages or damage that may occur during your stay. The deposit is refunded on departure provided no damage or breakage has occurred.
Please arrive to take possession of holiday homes/apartments between 4.00 and 7.00 p.m. and the property must be vacated by 10.00a.m. on the morning of departure. Check in/out at hotel reception.
Resort Homes of Ireland is not responsible for the loss of any valuables or property either during your stay or after departure.
The number of people designated in the original reservation must not be exceeded without first contacting the reservations office.
Guide dogs and small pets are welcome. Prior arrangements must be made at time of reservation. A cleaning charge may apply.
Should guests behave in a disruptive manner, cause damage to property or indulge in any other behaviour deemed to be unreasonable by management the rental may be terminated without refund.
Complaints should be notified immediately to our Guest Services Manager immediately to give us the opportunity to deal with them as soon as possible.
Requests for cots and high chairs must be made with our reservations office at time of booking. One cot per holiday home/apartment is allowed. High chairs are available for rental at 15 Euro per week in Youghal only. We will endeavour to meet your requirements for cots and high chairs but cannot guarantee availability. Cot linen is not available in either location.
